SUSTAINABILITY AND ETHICAL PRACTICES

Sustainability matters to our customers, coffee consumers and to us, and it sits at the forefront of what we deliver. From encouraging our machine partners to consistently cut emissions, to implementing fully recyclable BRITA water filters, through to our ongoing support for Project Waterfall and the Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Programme. It matters.

We source 100% traceable to origin, sustainable coffees from farms and cooperatives around the world, and our coffee brands cover a range of sustainable credentials – Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and Soil Association.

And we are equally committed to ethical employment practices. Our annual Modern Slavery, Risk Analysis, Prevention and Control statement details our procedures.

Our Community

As well as caring for our coffee growers and the planet, we care for our community closer to home.

We hold regular charity events and fundraisers to support the Willen Hospice, we're represented on the fundraising committee of Ronald McDonald Birmingham House and we're always supporting other charities close to our head office in Milton Keynes.

Our nationwide team is made up of hundreds of coffee experts. Coffee trainers, specialist baristas, technical engineers, account managers, quality controllers, planners, Q graders, creatives – the list goes on. They’re all on hand to ensure your coffee is as good as it can be.
