Introducing our new head of supply chain and sustainability

As part of our continued commitment to sustainability and business growth, Liz Higgins has joined the senior team here at UCC Coffee UK & I as our Head of Supply Chain and Sustainability.

In the newly created role Liz will lead our strategic sourcing and supply chain activities, with the goal to improve the focus, processes and performance of this integral element of our Total Coffee Solution.

Her remit includes raising sustainability higher up the business agenda to create a positive impact on the business, the supply chain and customers. Liz, who joined our team earlier this year, brings with her a wealth of supply chain and procurement experience, thanks to her previous national, European and global roles at McDonald’s and Bidvest.
