The Workshop: in partnership with Nuova Simonelli

Nuova Simonelli in partnership with COFFEEWORKS will take over The Workshop space for the four-day London Coffee Festival, exclusively introducing new to market espresso equipment – the Aurelia Wave, which previewed at HOST Milan in October 2017, and the new Mythos Two grinder.

Andre, who reached the finals of the World Barista Championship 2017 in Seoul, recently joined Nuova Simonelli to work on coffee extraction for new machines at the International Hub for Coffee Research and Innovation.

We’ll also be hosting hands-on 5-minute micro-sessions on key equipment. Our industry-leading COFFEEWORKS training sessions will offer visitors a simple approach to coffee preparation and latte art, using Nuova Simonelli’s world leading equipment.
