We’re celebrating innovation at European Coffee Expo 2018

The European Coffee Expo brings together the most exciting, innovative and forward-thinking names in coffee under one roof. With this year marking the tenth anniversary of our partnership with Nuova Simonelli, we’re excited to launch its most innovative espresso machine to date at the show: the Aurelia Wave.

The Wave is a celebration of innovation, and is the culmination of years of research and hard-work for our Italian partner. Its advanced tech has already seen it named as a finalist for the show’s Innovation Path & Awards.

As well as boasting the revolutionary T3 temperature control technology, the machine introduces new tech that’s designed to deliver the highest quality coffee Simonelli has ever produced.

Its new patented Pulse-Jet technology really is as exciting as it sounds. It optimises flowrate and water pressure during dispensing to let baristas explore extraction profiles never tried before. In the hands of expert baristas this technology will help produce coffees like you’ve never tasted.

Visitors to this year’s show will be able to experience the Aurelia Wave for themselves in our 5-minute COFFEEWORKS micro-sessions – our industry-leading approach to training that makes the exceptional simple. In just five minutes they’ll learn the simple way to deliver perfect coffee preparation and latte art, every time.
