UCC COFFEE LAUNCHES GRAND CRÜ COMPOSITION NO.6 WITH MASTER SOMMELLIER RONAN SAYBURN

Introducing Grand Crü composition 6.

For our latest iteration we’ve collaborated with Master Sommelier, Ronan Sayburn, who has worked alongside our head of coffee quality, and Q grader Gayan Munaweera to source this seasons finest coffees. Using their combined knowledge and passion to create a unique composition, they have developed a premium, delicious, and complex blend for the premium out of home market.

Composition No.6 is a blend of four components offering a unique and delicate blend of Ethiopia washed (15%), Ethiopia Natural (30%), Guatemala (25%) and Costa Rica (30%), delivering a velvety, silk-like body with notes of creamy butterscotch, cacao and dark cherries.
